First, watch for Crimson Helm to raise one of his hands for a sword strike. There are a couple of things to watch for when Crimson Helm is in this state. Use the Galestorm brush technique to blow out the fire, making the Crimson Helm finally vulnerable to attacks. You can defend the attack by attacking with the Snarling Beast instrument set as your secondary weapon.Įventually, you'll knock off the armor from the Crimson Helm, revealing a fiery mass of bones. If you see Crimson Helm jump, watch for a ring of fire that consumes the entire arena. After the Power Orbs have worn off, you'll have to be very careful about getting hit.īe relentless with the Devout Bead attacks, but be ready to defend. The Power Orbs surrounding you will provide defense against eight attacks. Get close to the enemy as soon as you can and attack with the Devout Beads. Be quick to jump over the subdued flames before they return continue through the next doorway and approach the crystal at the far end of the next room to initiate a battle with the Crimson Helm.Īs intimidating as the Crimson Helm may be, the key to winning this fight is to be very, very aggressive. You'll need to use the Galestorm technique to temporarily stamp out the fires in the next hall. Use the Vine brush technique to reach the rafters and collect your dues, then use the Galestorm technique on the flapping banners to the west to create platforms that let you reach the furthest chests in the room and the exit to the west. There are lots of chests hidden in the rafters of the room. Activate the first windmill to rotate the walkway, letting you continue through the hall to the west. Drop down the elevator shaft to return to the base level of the shrine.īacktrack to the north where you'll reach a walkway with two small windmills. You can use the Galestorm brush technique to earn the Gale Shrine Map from a chest near the elevator. Make your way back down the outdoor stairways to the third level of the tower. Your reward is the Galestorm brush technique. After restoring the divine winds, you'll need to complete a constellation by painting in the three missing stars. Follow Issun's instructions to cancel out the evil wind by painting wind strokes that flow opposite the direction of the black winds. Continue up the stairs, moving into a small enclosure before appearing in front of the large windmill. The third floor opens up to a series of outdoor stairways. Defeat the chimera to earn a second Exorcising Arrow, then return to the elevator to rise to the third level and unlock the door you find. On this next level you'll find an enemy scroll that spawns a chimera enemy. Draw a Cherry Bomb in the center of the floor and you'll be catapulted to the second level of the shrine. Once through the door, the camera swings up to show you the floor. Approach the doorway and the Exorcising Arrow will open it up, letting you into the next area. Head west from here and you'll find a locked door next to an Origin Mirror. Grab the Exorcising Arrow and return to the previous room with the pool of water.
